TUBULAR is back in a BIG way in 2024, announcing a three-day festival to celebrate live music and community in Gosford.

After the resounding success of the inaugural Tubular Festival in 2023, Central Coast Music & Arts have announced Gossy Weekender, a fresh and vibrant live music activation running from Friday, November 1st, to Sunday, November 3rd, 2024.

Gossy Weekender promises three days of live music across 20 venues in Gosford’s newly established live music precinct. With over 80 musicians and bands scheduled to perform, the festival will showcase a dynamic mix of high-profile national and interstate acts, with the marquee first night event headlined by The Jungle Giants at Drifters Wharf with support from The Moving Stills and Elaskia. Death By Denim, Molly Millington, Mia Lovelock and True Vibe Sound System, alongside a stack of emerging and local talent will also be on display across various venues within the Gosford precinct.

A key feature of Gossy Weekender is the family-friendly activation at Kibble Park, offering live performances by Vegetable Plot, Punk Rock Silly Billies, and True Vibe Sound System. In addition to the incredible music, festival-goers can enjoy markets, kids’ activities, and a vibrant outdoor atmosphere—making it an event for the whole community to enjoy.

The Gossy Weekender will cater to all tastes, offering a broad range of genres, including all-ages events and a variety of free performances. Whether you’re a fan of indie rock, electronic beats, or family-friendly entertainment, the festival ensures something for everyone to enjoy.

The Live & Local program as part of Gossy Weekender will also highlight the talent of local artists through a special series of live performances on Friday evening and Saturday, further showcasing the Central Coast’s rich and diverse musical landscape.

This exciting festival marks the next step in a strategic evolution, driven by key projects like the NSW Government’s 24-hour economy, which has seen Gosford recognized as an approved Live Music Precinct. The initiative is further bolstered by Live & Local, delivered by Central Coast Council, Destination Central Coast, the Live Music Office, and APRA AMCOS.
